Wesley Chapel woman's theft case dropped

WESLEY CHAPEL — The case of a woman accused of stealing her former housemate's Apple Watch in November was dropped last week.

Stefanie Marie Borreli, of Wesley Chapel, had faced a grand theft charge, which was later reduced to petit theft, according to court records. But prosecutors dropped her case because investigation "revealed that further prosecution is not warranted," according to court records.
