Tampa Bay vehicle owners don't drive all cars the same. According to an analysis by used car market research company iSeeCars.com, St. Petersburg drivers put the most miles on GMC Yukon XLs, averaging 15,293 miles per year. That's about 30 percent above the national average mileage for vehicles iSeeCars looked at.

“While large SUVs and pickup trucks appear most often on the list, those looking for sedans and minivans can also find a vehicle that is proven to be a high-mileage hauler,” Phong Ly, iSeeCars CEO said in the analysis.

Chevrolet Suburbans came in No. 2 in the bay area with 14,931 miles (28 percent above average), Nissan Armadas ranked No. 3 (14,122 miles and 21 percent above average) and Chevrolet Tahoes were No. 4 (13,882 miles and 19 percent above average).
